Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proxy Bag (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Use of credits and scraping jobs

Credits purchased through the Service are for your account's exclusive use and are consumed as you submit scraping jobs through the dashboard or API. Reselling, sharing, or reverse-proxying access to your account or API keys to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

3. Payment and credits

Credit packages are billed at the time of purchase and grant a fixed number of credits to your account balance. Credits do not expire, and there is no recurring or subscription billing unless you choose to purchase additional packages.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy Bag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
