Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Web Tallo scraping and automation service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited activity
- Any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the target or the account holder
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse
- Credential stuffing, account takeover attempts, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Circumventing rate limits or terms of service of a target website
- Creating or managing fake, bulk, or automated accounts
- Bypassing CAPTCHAs, logins, paywalls, or other access controls
- Collecting personal data without a lawful basis
- Violating the terms of service of target websites
2. Reporting abuse
If you believe requests originating from our scraping infrastructure have been used to violate this policy against you, contact us with relevant logs and we will investigate promptly.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend account access immediately upon detecting activity that violates this AUP, pending investigation.
