Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Web Tallo (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Use of the scraping and automation service

Credits purchased through the Service are provisioned for your exclusive use and consumed as you run scraping and automation jobs. Reselling or sharing your account or API access with third parties without written permission is prohibited.

3. Payment and credits

Credits are billed at the time of purchase and consumed as scraping and automation jobs run. Unused credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% API uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Tallo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
